6. Important Payment Information

When you complete your reservation:

  • Your card will be saved (NOT charged yet)
  • You will be charged at the END OF THE DAY when you return your rental
  • The charge includes ALL days you booked
  • Late Fee: $1 per minute if returned late

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel BEFORE your rental date: No charge, call us at 972-979-1722
  • After you're charged: No refunds, even if you don't show up
⚠️ Important: You will be charged at the end of the day when you return your equipment. Late returns are charged $1 per minute. Make sure you can attend before booking!
