How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve online through our website for daily rentals, or call us at
972-979-1722. Online reservations are for full-day rentals only.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 2 Trade Days shows in advance. We open reservations for
upcoming Trade Days weekends as they approach.
Can I rent by the hour?
Hourly rentals are available as walk-ups only, based on availability.
Online reservations are for daily rentals.
What's your cancellation policy?
- 72+ hours before: Full refund
- 24-72 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- No-shows: Released after 2 hours, no refund
- Weather cancellations: Full refund if Trade Days is cancelled
Equipment
What types of scooters do you have?
We have two types of mobility scooters — both are 4-wheel for stability:
- Standard Scooter: Up to 350 lbs, 25 mile range
- Oversized Scooter: Up to 500 lbs, 18 mile range, extra-large seat
What is the weight limit?
Standard scooters have a 350 lb capacity. Oversized scooters have a 500 lb capacity
with a larger, more comfortable seat.
How long does the battery last?
Standard scooters have a 25-mile range, and oversized scooters have an 18-mile range.
Both are more than enough for a full day of shopping at Trade Days!
What if the scooter breaks down?
Call us immediately at 972-979-1722 and we'll bring a replacement
right away. If we can't provide a replacement, you'll receive a full refund.
Payment & Policies
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer two discounts:
- Seniors (55+): $5 off daily rentals
- Groups (3+ rentals): $5 off each rental
Are reservations required?
No! Walk-ups are always welcome and we'll do our best to accommodate you based
on availability. However, reservations guarantee your equipment.
